Krzysztof Kicel

I create abstract paintings in which color, movement and light become part of the composition. I often use fluorescent and UV-reactive paints, allowing my works to reveal a second visual dimension under ultraviolet light.

Some of my paintings are designed to be viewed in different orientations, changing their character depending on how they are displayed. I am interested in experimentation, transformation and the freedom of interpretation.
